They have a system you turn to if you have problems. But here is an example how that can be worked around by people who know. My manager in Safety hired a return worker, cute and smart. Someone had to go as a cut was coming (we were going to close a small base down that was the justification for her hiring). So a small thing I was involved with (in the line of duty) was made into a big thing. Another small thing resulted in my being dismissed (demobed). The Safety Mgr had his reason the HR Generalist had his (she was the same race) the PM had hers they said he must go so he goes---. Anyone will tell you that is KBR but really it is any large organization. Love KBR thank them for six years of employment. Just be careful of what you say and do. Even then I have known people who were let go because 3or4 got together and lied. I'm glad to hear that the jobs and opportunities within KBR are picking up.
